FIND OUT WHAT YOU CAN DO.
Learn striking and grappling fundamentals, solve new challenges, and feel the difference practice makes. Your first class does not need a highlight reel.
Build confidence through effort, coaching, and steady progress. You get to be a beginner, ask questions, and improve one skill at a time.
Train alongside teammates, encourage each other, and work toward your own goals. A good partner helps you get better and expects the same from you.
A POSITIVE PLACE TO BE CHALLENGED.
You want your teen to find something meaningful—and people who expect good things from them. Our classes combine physical training with clear expectations for effort, self-control, and respect.
Coaches provide encouragement and honest feedback. Teens practice listening, accepting correction, and following through. We give them responsibility and a place to grow into it.
RESPECT IS PART OF THE TRAINING.
We coach you with respect and expect it in return—for instructors, teammates, your parents, and yourself. That means listening, asking thoughtful questions, controlling your actions, and helping your partner learn.
Skill earns attention. How you treat people earns trust. We work on both.
TRAIN YOUR BODY. USE YOUR HEAD.
MMA gives you physical skills and problems to solve: movement, timing, balance, and deciding what to do next. You will practice striking and grappling, work on your fitness, and learn why control matters.
It is a chance to focus on something real for a while. Your notifications will manage.
COACHING THAT MAKES AN IMPRESSION.
QUESTIONS FROM TEENS AND PARENTS
Yes. Beginners are welcome, and you do not need to arrive fit, confident, or knowing the moves. Bring a willingness to learn, treat people well, and give an honest effort.
Listening when someone is teaching, accepting feedback, looking after training partners, and treating people with dignity. Coaches model those standards too. Respect is something we practice every class.
You can work toward personal goals while learning alongside others. You do not have to be outgoing or already athletic to start. The trial lets you meet the coaches and experience the atmosphere yourself.
A structured activity with clear expectations, physical challenges, and coaches who reinforce effort and responsibility. Progress takes time; we encourage consistent practice and celebrate the steps along the way.
Control, respect, and responsible practice are part of learning martial arts. Before starting, discuss contact expectations, experience, and any concerns with Coach Zane. Martial arts is a physical activity and carries some risk of injury.
Two weeks of training, MMA gloves, and a T-shirt. Teens can experience the classes and parents can get to know the program before deciding on the next step.
